I cannot say enough about the professional compassionate care my family and I were provided after the sudden passing of my husband. The calling hours had long lines on a very hot day and they ensured everyone was brought into the air conditioning despite the waits being longer than an hour. They did all of the communication with the Church, Bar Association and NYS Court Guards for the calling hours and funeral. They took care of everything with meticulous attention to detail at a time where I could not think clearly. Francee answered questions without hesitation even when asked multiple times and she has continued to provide care well past expectations.
The facility is well appointed both inside and out.
If I could give 10 stars I would because there is no more difficult time than when you are dealing with the loss of a loved one and the service they provided went above and beyond expectations.

Francee, I would like to thank you and your team very much for managing Tim's funeral services.  You certainly went the extra mile and more, assisting in coordinating activities with all parties involved, motivating individuals to come to agreement on difficult decisions, and overcoming the challenges presented by a snow storm dropping 5 feet of snow.  I have never attended a more moving service.  Exceptionally well done!

Catherine, thank you for taking care of my friend, Allen during the years that you all were together. I know that you will miss him and Pray that your days are filled with pleasant memories. I am one of the friends that he called on a weekly basis and I will cherish our friendship. May God bless and keep you as you are in our prayers.

Calarco's exceeded our expectations during the services for our Father. They walked with us every step of the way to ensure his memory was honored. We have a large family, and there was plenty of room to keep us comfortable as well as those that visited. The Calarco's and their staff treated us like family.

D.L. Calarco is always my first choice. There's nothing cold about it there and they never make you feel rushed. If you ever need anything Francine and the rest of the staff will take care of it. They're amazing.
