Timothy P. Tarzia

Timothy P. Tarzia, 60, of Watertown, passed away June 15, 2026, at Samaritan Medical Center.

Tim was born on November 5, 1965, in Watertown, son of Anthony V. and Tana S. (Thorpe) Tarzia. Tim graduated from The Highcroft School in Williamstown, Massachusetts in 1984.

Tim was a carpenter for various contractors and was self-employed. Previously, for several years, Tim was the Caretaker for Singer Castle on Dark Island in the St. Lawrence River.

Surviving besides his father Tony is his companion, Valerie Berry, a son, Patrick Frender, his best friend the Doberman Pinscher Max, two brothers, Todd (Randy Kraft), Wellesley Island, Ted, Watertown and Cape Vincent, a sister, Tamara (Mark) Taylor, Watertown, two nephews, Mark Anthony (Cesia) Taylor, Watertown, Noah E. Taylor, Watertown, a great grand nephew Ezra, a great grand niece Mia, and one grand nephew or niece on the way.

A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, June 26th at the D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. with Pastor Paul Winkleman officiating. Burial will be private in Glenwood Cemetery. Immediately following the service there will be a reception at Ives Hill Country Club.
