Steven John LaLonde

Steven John LaLonde, aged 42, passed away on October 21, 2024, in Plano, Texas, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on September 8, 1982, in Watertown, New York, to Timothy LaLonde and Susan (Chapman) Lang, Steven graduated from Watertown High School.

He married Reyna Palma on March 20, 2023, in McKinney, Texas. Steven had a passion for cooking, reading, taking long walks with his beloved dog Dixie, and spending quality time with his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend, known for his infectious personality, positivity, and humor. As a highly skilled sous chef, Steven worked at various establishments and enjoyed teaching others his craft. He also dedicated time to volunteering at Minnie’s Food Pantry.

Steven is survived by his wife, Reyna LaLonde of Plano, Texas; his mother, Susan Lang of Bradenton, Florida; his father, Tim LaLonde of Watertown, New York; his stepfather, Hank Lang of Bradenton, Florida; his sister, Brittany LaLonde of Princeton, Texas; his brother, Travis LaLonde and wife Erica of Highland Village, Texas; his stepsister, Jordan Flath of Watertown, New York; his daughters, Preslee and Harmonee LaLonde of Austin, Texas; and his stepsons, Kaden Pitchforth of Fort Worth, Texas, and Noah Roark of Austin, Texas. Steven’s generosity and ability to bring joy to others will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
