Patricia A. Weston

Patricia A. Weston, 70, died December 6, 2025, at Samaritan Medical Center. 

Patricia was born October 24, 1955, in Brooklyn, NY, a daughter of Albert and Catherine (Cullen) Ducharme.  She graduated from Carmel High School in 1973. On July 6, 1974, she married Michael Weston in Carmel, NY. Patricia was a bookkeeper for the Grand Union grocery store in Carmel, NY.

 Surviving besides her husband, Michael, are two daughters, Bridget (Brian) Moore, Winter Garden, FL, and Lacey McMahon, Pawling, NY. She was the grandmother to Lyndsey (Moore) Metcalfe, Emma Grace Moore and Jacob McMahon.
