Patricia C. “Pat” Spaziani, 81, of Watertown, passed away December 17, 2025, at Samaritan Medical Center.
Pat was born August 8, 1944, in Watertown, daughter of Jerry and Anna (Fiorentino) Spaziani. In 1962, she graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy and went on to Mercy School of Nursing where she became a Licensed Practical Nurse. After graduating Pat volunteered to serve in Peru for a year. For twenty-one years, Pat was a LPN with the Sisters of St. Joseph’s Infirmary, retiring at sixty- five years old. After her retirement Pat was a homecare nurse. During the early seventies and eighties, Pat owned and operated Patricia’s Ceramics, first on Goodale Street then on Massey Street in Watertown.
Pat enjoyed Italian cookies, ceramics, and hunting with her father. She was very active at St. Anthony’s Church. She was an eucharistic minister, a member of the Altar Rosary Society and a volunteer for the Mount Carmel Festival, where she was instrumental in operating the pizza stand. Pat had a passion for photography and always seemed to have a camera close by.
Pat's family and friends would like to thank the staff on the 4th floor Pavilion for the wonderful care that was given to Pat during her stay. As well as, Alex and Tina , her home health aids, who took great care and kindness to Pat while being cared for at home.
Surviving are many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews. Her brother Anthony Spaziani, two sisters, Olympia Fiaschetti and Geraldine Lettiere, all died before her.
An hour of calling will be held from 10am -11am followed by a funeral mass at 11am, Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at St. Anthony’s Church. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are with D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. Online condolences may be made to www.dlcalarco.com.
