Patricia A. Dougan

Patricia A. Dougan, 43, Black River died March 5, 2019 at Samaritan Medical Center.

Miss Dougan was born March 11, 1975, in Concord MA, a daughter of John and Duangchan Dougan.  Miss Dougan graduated from Carthage High School in 1996.  She had a lifelong disability and lived with her parents.  Although confined to a wheelchair most of her life, she loved going to the Jefferson County Fair and saw herself as Mel Busler's biggest fan.

Surviving bedsides her parents are two brothers and a sister in-law, Anucha (Saengdao) Pahanit and Peter Dougan,  a niece Kynnedi, a nephew Hayden Dougan, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

There are no services at this time. Contributions may be made to Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington Street, Watertown, NY 13601.  Arrangements are with D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. Condolences may be made at dlcalarco.com
