Muriel J. Harrienger-Garcia

Muriel J. Harrienger Garcia, of El Paso, TX, a native of Watertown, passed away on December 18, 2018 in El Paso, TX.

Born December 11, 1943 in Watertown, she was the daughter of George W. and Marion McDonald Harrienger.

She graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy and thereafter, she began her career as a dental hygienist with the Federal Government. She was married to Gilbert Garcia who passed away on May 7, 2017.

She is survived by four brothers; John (Pearl) Harrienger, Spencer (Kathy) Harrienger, all of Watertown, George (Debi) Harrienger, East Greenbush and Daniel (Elena) Harrienger, El Paso, TX. She is also survived by four sisters; Janet (Stephen) Raines, Georgina Harrienger-Linzner, Virginia Harrienger, all of Watertown and Catherine (Bob) Crary, Potsdam, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and a sister Myrna Harrienger.

A funeral mass will be held on April 27, 2019 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Church with Reverend Steven Murray officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery immediately following the funeral mass.
