Michael F. Peck of Burrville, passed away on June 17, 2026, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.
Michael was born in Watertown on April 13, 1936, son of Francis W. and Violet (DeVito) Peck and brother to Linda Woolf. After graduating from Watertown High School he served in the United States Army until being honorably discharged.
In 1970, Michael partnered with Jim Bernier and Floyd Kitto to found the engineering and land surveying firm Bernier, Kitto & Peck (now known as BCA Architects & Engineers). Throughout his career, he remained steadfastly committed to the business he helped create, dedicating himself to its success.
An exceptional athlete, devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he was a sincere and compassionate man who remained deeply dedicated to his family and his lifelong profession.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife; their four children; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his sister; and several nieces and nephews, all of whom will cherish his memory.
A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10 am at Holy Family Church. Interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are with D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc.
