Linda O. Brehm

Linda Ostrander Brehm, 77, of Hillside Drive, Watertown, NY, passed away March 3, 2026, at her home with her daughter Molly by her side. 

Linda was born on June 16, 1948, in Watertown, the daughter of Allen H. and Rose Sherman Ostrander.  She graduated from Indian River School in 1966.  She married John E. Brehm on August 22, 1970, at Saint Patrick’s Church in Watertown.  Linda worked for Northland Agency, Ltd/Rose and Kiernan, Inc. for 32 years, retiring in July 2008.  After retirement she worked part time at the Watertown YMCA. 

Linda’s family would like to express their appreciation to the caregivers that cared for Linda;  Janet, Shelley, Bobbie, Beth, Linda, Emma, Nancy and Murial. Words cannot express how thankful Molly is for the unconditional and unwavering loving care that Linda’s caregivers provided throughout her illness. Especially their efforts that made it possible for Linda to stay at home during her illness.

Surviving is a daughter Molly Zimmerman, a son and his wife Adam (Teresa) Brehm, four grandchildren, Keaghan, Lochlann, Cecelia, and Harper and a sister Ann Hunter.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 4-6 pm at D. L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. followed by a service at 6pm at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the spring in Oakwood Cemetery in Theresa, New York.
