Joan Nottell

Joan Nottell, 85, formerly of Watertown, passed away on April 27,2025 in Powder Springs, Georgia.

Joan was born December 25, 1939, a daughter of James and M. Alice Keggins. She graduated from Watertown High School in 1958.

Surviving are her children, Gene Ramey and husband Jack Kendall, Smyrna, Georgia, Gary Ramey, Powder Springs, Georgia, Shawn Ramey and his wife Cristina Ramey, Cumming, Georgia, Lori Babcock, Marietta, Georgia, Paul Ramey, Marietta, Georgia, her sister, Ann Fisher, Kentucky, eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her husband Robert Nottell, her parents, two brothers, Robert Keggins, Jack Keggins, and  a sister, Sally Allen.

A graveside service will be held Friday, June 20, 2025 in North Watertown Cemetery at 11am with Reverend Frank Natali officiating. Local arrangements are with D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc.
