Jean D. Auguste

Jean D. Auguste, 67, of W. Main Street, Watertown, passed away December 2, 2018 at Samaritan Medical Center.

Jean was born June 20, 1951, in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, son of Clement D. And Cleda Michel August. He attended schools in Nyack, NY. Jean was a bartender at Benny’s Pub and a foreman at the Wet N Wild Factory , both in Nyack, NY. He moved to Watertown in 1996.

Surviving are four brothers and their wives: Max and Marie Claude Anglade, Brooklyn, Serge and Maire Rose Anglade, Brooklyn, Delaure and Monique August, Brooklyn, Charles and Joanna Auguste, Middletown, NY, five sisters and their husbands; Evelyn Anglade, Marie Jose November, Brooklyn, Jeannette and Antonio Pierre, Florida, Yvonne and Ariole Jeanniton, Brooklyn, Margarette Harper, Watertown, several nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be held in January for Jean’s family  in Brooklyn, NY.  Contributions may be to Holy Family Church, 9719 Flatlands Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236. Online condolences may be made to www.dlcalarco.com.
