Anita L. Weise

Anita L. Weise, 72, Watertown, died May 15, 2024, at Samaritan Medical Center, with her family by her side.

Anita was born January 21, 1952, in Watertown, a daughter of Carl and Evelyn (Scee) Weise.  She attended Watertown High School.  Anita was a Police Matron for the Watertown Police Department after high school and later a secretary at Cumberland Farms in Watertown, NY, retiring because of debilitating artheritis.   Anita enjoyed bowling and going to casinos with her best friend, Becky Rogers.

Surviving is her companion of forty years, William Rose, Watertown, three sons, Kenneth Monica III and companion Kimberly Kowal, Watertown, Christopher Monica, Adams, Timothy Monica and his wife, Lauren, Watertown, two daughters Amy Stuckey and her companion, Nichole Bricker and Stephanie Wasilenko and her husband, John, all of Watertown, a brother Clinton Weise and his wife, Carol, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  A son, Stephen, a sister, Carol Graveline and a brother, Donny Weise, died before her.

A Celebration of Life will be at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are with D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc.  A Calibration of life will be May 22, 2024 at the American Legion on Sterling Street, Watertown, NY from 4-7pm.   Condolences may be made at www.dlcalarco.com
