Deana E. Fento

Deana E. Fento, 47, Theresa, died June 7, 2018, at Samaritan Medical Center Emergency Department after being stricken suddenly at her home.

 Deana was born April 1, 1971, in Bradford, PA, a daughter of Gerald Berkhouse and Margaret Conser.  She graduated from Bradford High School and Ashworth College where she received her associate’s degree. She married Timothy Fento January 3, 2014, in Limerick, NY.   Deana worked at Kings Family Restaurant in PA before moving to New York with her husband, to be with family and began work at The Commons on Fort Drum.  Deana won many awards for her cooking.   Deana loved her family, friends and  animals. 

 Surviving besides her husband and her parents are two daughters, Kayla (Christopher) Bennett, Stafford, AZ,  Ashley Jenson, Ephrata, WA,  three step children, Richard, Jessica, and Austin Fento all of Oil City, PA,  two  sisters, Lisa Berkhouse, Bradford, PA and Jennifer Peffer, Gouverneur, NY, several nieces, nephews and four grandchildren. 

 Calling hours will be Friday June 15, from 4-6 at D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. followed by a funeral service at the funeral home with Reverend Leon Schilling officiating.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  Condolences may be made at www.dlcalarco.com.
