To the Family of Merle L. Hludzenski : I’m very sorry that you’ve all lost your Mother, Grandmother. I thought you’d like to know that whenever my Mother spoke of her , it was   with great admiration and respect. They were both Mercy Hospital Nursing Graduates and my Mother-  Janice L. Cheever was an LPN on her team. Everybody called my mom ” Mother Cheever” who in turn called your mom Mrs.H.  May I express my feelings of hope that they are reunited as friends in Heaven .

Merle was a wonderful lady with a great sense of humor.  My sisters and I used to bring my Mom to see her at Samaritan and the last time we saw her was at least 3 years ago but she still recognized us and we had a nice visit with her.  My condolences to all the Hludzenski family on the loss of your mother.

Charlotte and I offer our condolences on the loss of our Aunt Merle.  I have so many happy memories of Aunt Merle and Uncle Ed over the years.  Especially those years that we all spent together up at the lake back in the 60’s.  This closes the book on the ‘Lake Bonaparte Honeymooners’.  Probably the happiest 4 people I ever had the pleasure of spending time with and Aunt Merle was there at the center of it all.  Great Times.  We shall all miss her greatly.
