I’m so sad to hear of Geoff’s passing. I knew Geoff in high school & we shared an apartment in Syracuse back in the mid-90’s. He didn’t know this, but he once taught me a valuable lesson in how to treat people. He was certainly a man of integrity. One of the kindest, most down to earth people I’ve known. His smile was contagious. My heart & prayers go out to the Wheeler family.

I was saddened to hear of Geoff’s passing.  I worked with him for many years and had a great respect for him as a both colleague and a friend.  Over the years Geoff and I often shared hockey stories as both our children played competitive hockey.  Whenever he travelled north to Canadian cities near me I would try to attend a game or two.  He was so proud of his daughter and talked of her often.  My deepest condolences to his family and friends.  He will surely be missed.

Condolences left by other guests:

I worked with Geoff for many years. He was my supervisor and in many ways a mentor when it came to business, but I also can considered him a friend.  The one topic that would always come up in personal conversations is how much he adored his daughter. It was very apparent that he was extremely proud of, and loved her so very much.  Geoff was a kind person, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

We will always remember Geoff for his smiling face, generous spirit, and enormous love for Ellie. We had so many fun times watching the kids play hockey, taking vacations together, or just hanging out in the neighborhood. He was a good friend to our family: easygoing, kind, generous and lots of fun. Will never forget whitewater rafting, cruising to the Caribbean, the amazing house in the Outer Banks, weekends up on Lake Bonaparte, days spent on Otisco Lake…so many great times together. We will miss our good friend.
