Dear Bruce and Family,

Your Dad was a dear friend to my Mom and Dad and me.  Even though it was a sad day for my family, I was so happy to see him and you when my Mom passed.  I have lots of great memories of the deer camp and the lake.  We had a lot of fun and many laughs.  May he Rest in Peace.  A long life well lived.

I will miss my neighbor of 34 years. Fred was a cheerful, kind soul. He always waved and smiled every time I saw him. The world is a little less bright today after his passing.

Fred is my neighbor. He’s been a dear friend for seventeen plus years.
I’ve never met a person who can enjoy the simplicity of life quite the same way he did everyday.
A great listener, this man’s the best.He can also get his point of view out in the most humorous way.Fred fondly reminisced about his youth at Black River and continued to his military service,(both amusing and serious). Many of hour have been spent on family’s.This most precious time will be deeply missed.
In closing I would just like to say that moving to this city and living next door to Fred is the best decision my family and I have ever made.
